Market new business ventures is designed to provide the information required to prepare a marketing plan for a new business, or a new venture (e.g., new service) within an existing business. The content is fully contextualised for cosmetic tattooing to assist student completing the Diploma of Cosmetic Tattooing. The content can be adapted to suit other types of small businesses, particularly if social media marketing is an essential requirement for the relevant industry.

This unit of competency provides a lot of unique content specifically intended to assist a cosmetic tattooist in focussing their marketing efforts in areas that have the best chance of producing results in the form of treatment bookings, which are the true measure of marketing success in the industry.
